These Terms and Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") z baji Platform (zbaji-baji.com) and all services offered through its mobile application. z baji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform.

By using this website or app, creating an account, or accessing any z baji service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Z baji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use the services on z baji:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older must be.
• You must provide a valid mobile number and email address.
• Maximum per person One account Approved.
• All information provided must be truthful and accurate.
• Online betting must be legal in the country or region where you reside.

Z baji may request identity verification at any time. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a copy of your national ID or passport may be required. Failure to complete verification may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Z baji accepts all popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposit instructions are provided below:

Z baji does not charge any additional fees on deposits. Third-party payment methods may apply their own fees. All deposits are recorded in the account currency (BDT).

Please keep the following in mind when withdrawing funds from z baji:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal Limit ৳1,00,000 (may be higher for VIP members).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — it must first be converted to cash by meeting the wagering requirements.

Z baji may delay any withdrawal or request additional information for security verification purposes. Withdrawals on suspicious transactions will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

Z baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. The general rules are outlined below:

Wagering requirement: To withdraw a bonus amount, you must place bets equal to a specified multiplier of that bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5× wagering requirement means you must wager ৳5,000 in total.

• Welcome Bonus Wagering Requirements: 5×
• Reload Bonus Wagering Requirements: 3×
• Wagering requirement for free spin winnings: 1×
• Bonus validity is generally 7 days, and may vary by promotion.

Only one bonus can be active at a time. z baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Accounts found to be misusing bonuses may be suspended.

The following betting rules on z baji apply to all members:

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, z baji may recalculate the bet at the correct odds.
• The cash out feature may not be available for all matches or situations.
• Z baji will not be held responsible for delays in live betting caused by network issues.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on z baji. Any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false information to obtain bonuses or misusing bonus offers.
• Attempting match fixing or gaining unfair advantages.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Using z baji's brand or trademarks without authorization.

Z baji may suspend or close any account at its own discretion if:

• The member violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• Accounts may be closed upon instruction from relevant authorities.
• The member requests account closure themselves.

Members may request to close their account at any time, and any valid balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions, the balance may be forfeited.

Z baji is committed to fostering a responsible betting culture. We believe betting is for entertainment — not addiction.

The following features are available on our platform:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
• Reality Check: You will receive regular reminders of how long you have been playing.

1. Step One: Members can raise complaints through our 24/7 support. Responses are typically provided within 24 hours.
2. Step 2: If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to the senior team.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to neutral international arbitration.

For all disputes, z baji's system logs shall serve as the final and definitive evidence.

Z baji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified via email or in-app notification prior to any significant changes.
• Minor changes will be published on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• Continuing to use z baji after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
